And if you have absolutely no clue what should be done or how it should be done, don’t worry, I will propose a pipeline that will fit your data and your experiments. I do not trade pipeline specificities for mass-production limitations.
Whether you have only one or hundreds of samples, our software and hardware resources will scale to your needs in a short turn around, no one likes waiting.
Keep in mind you will have a direct access to my contact, so no time would be lost with internal discussions between various intermediates or third-party services!
You own the data, the analysis and the results, so you should get access to any related information too! While some details obviously remain internal to my company, I will do my best to give you any information you need and want to know. The reason why this is so important to me is that I do believe transparency is a critical key to establish a certain degree of trust between all involved parties.
